Summary of Experience
	Manager, educator and trainer, Webmaster, independent computer consultant, multimedia specialist. Broad experience and education in computer systems including Windows 98/NT/2000/XP, Linux, UNIX, and Amiga systems; extensive conventional and computer graphics experience. Unparalleled Internet/World Wide Web experience; have created & managed extensive multiple Web sites. Formal Navy training and experience in information security. Assistant Director of university campus responsible for all information technology functions. Manager of Client Services for university campus computing operation. Director of Operations for an aviation unit with over one million dollar annual operating budget and over 130 million dollars in operating equipment. Directed all safety programs including aviation safety and OSHA for two navy units with an aircraft accident rate of zero. Managed over $130 million worth of aircraft assets with 99.5% utilization of available resources. Cited with Navy Commendation Medal for accomplishments.
1986-1991	Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron Light 34, NAS Norfolk, VA Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron Light 31, NAS North Island, San Diego, CA Officer in Charge Officer in Charge of a single aircraft unit operating entirely detached from the parent unit for three six month periods; two periods supporting hydrographic survey operations in Indonesia, and a circumnavigation of South America conducting joint operations with local navies. Administrative, Information Systems, and Security When not at sea, spent one year as Administrative Officer, Information Systems Administrator, Security Officer, and Information Systems Security Officer for a Navy command of 500 personnel; developed a major personnel management database application. Safety Officer Managed and directed Aviation Safety and OSHA programs for two consecutive squadrons resulting in no aircraft accidents and a 50% reduction in workplace injuries. Implemented the OSHA program in both organizations from the ground up, including drafting all necessary manuals. Received two Navy Achievement Medals for accomplishments.
