Broad experience and education in computer systems including Linux, UNIX, Windows 7/8/10, iOS and Amiga systems; extensive conventional and computer graphics experience. Designed and manage ABET-accredited undergraduate and graduate university curricula in Information Technology & Cybersecurity. Internet/World Wide Web pioneer—established, maintained and managed extensive multiple Web sites dating back to 1994. Teach courses in cybersecurity management, systems and system integration, and legal and ethical issues in information technology. Formal Navy training and experience in cybersecurity.
