I have regularly spoken in public on a wide variety of topics relating
to technology, the Internet and naval affairs for several years.
A favorite and often-requested topic is How to Effectively
Search the World Wide Web which I will tailor specifically
for your association, company or group. Dynamic, funny and outspoken,
I particularly excel at making technology accessible to non-technical
folks. I am available for luncheon as well as evening speaking engagements
throughout the midwest and I will travel, too.
Here's a few of the groups I have spoken for over the last few
years:
- American Society of Civil Engineers
- Chicago Area Translators and Interpreters Association
- American Society of Mechanical Engineers
- Naperville Chamber of Commerce
- Society of Automotive Engineers
- Institute of Electronic and Electrical Engineers
- Chicago High School Library Media Association
- Institute of Transportation Engineers
- Independent Writers of Chicago
- Western Society of Engineers Young Engineers Forum
- Corporate Dynamics Incorporated Midwest Training Conference
Here's what folks had to say about a recent speaking engagement:
- Great speaker, easy to understand, makes complex information
simple to figure out; good examples.
- This was great thank you!
- Great public speaker, easy to understand. I sat in the
back of the room and I could hear everything. I liked the humor
- I thought Ray was an excellent presenter! He really knew
what he was talking about.
